Gender equality

The Delbros Group envisions a society where everyone is treated equally. We always work to create a fairer and more socially-inclusive environment.

In the area of gender equality, Delbros works on maintaining an equal balance of leadership roles between its male and female executives, particularly in its technology holding companies. The Group fosters a professional environment where female employees are comfortable and empowered to speak up, contribute, and have equal opportunities to lead and advance within the organization.

Foundations We Support

Also known as The Jose Antonio C. Delgado Memorial Foundation (JADMF), the foundation seeks to provide support to the youth residing in the Philippines, particularly the socio-economically disadvantaged, through grants, scholarships, and other programs that can further develop its beneficiaries to their maximum potential in order to bring positive social impact to the community. Founded in 1963, the JADMF has a long history within the company, being almost as old as the Group itself, and stands by the company’s original founding principles and tenets to help Filipinos and the country with its many initiatives.

Teach for the Philippines is a for-purpose, non-stock, non-profit organization that works to ensure all Filipino children benefit from an excellent, inclusive, and relevant education. Founded in 2012, TFP focuses its efforts on improving teacher quality and addressing education challenges at the system-level. Through its three core programs, the organization builds a movement of high-potential Filipinos who can improve student learning outcomes, spark positive change in public school communities, and set reforms in motion to transform our public schools to become that which our children deserve, and that which our country needs.
